Delete Your MediWing Account

You can delete your account yourself, in the MediWing app or on the web. Deletion happens immediately.

1. Sign in to your MediWing account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Subscription, then choose "Delete Account".
4. Type your email address and the word DELETE to confirm.

Email privacy@medimindlab.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• Your account and profile
• All uploaded documents and files
• All analyses and reports
• Your health timeline, trends, alerts and monthly snapshots
• Your medication list
• Your chat history
• Shared report links
• Your health profile
• Notification registrations and connected-app access

A few things are kept for legal or technical reasons:

• Billing and transaction records: up to 7 years, to meet tax and legal obligations.
• A security record: a record that the deletion was carried out.
• Aggregate usage statistics: non-identifying statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Temporary copies: the encrypted processing cache and our hosting providers' backups expire on their own. All personal data is gone within 30 days of deletion.
